Unfortunately, this company was not able to deliver on services that were already paid for. We chartered a boat and captain but were contacted last minute by the company claiming that they needed to cancel. They promised us a boat and captain for the following day due to the failure on their part. Although this complicated out entire experience, we agreed to compromise and charter the boat for the following day. Upon arrival (Which we arrived on time) we were informed that they actually did not have a boat available for charter. In other words, another failure on their part. They did offer a refund, rightfully so, but the two young ladies that were working on 9/19/20 were more than helpful, using all resources available to help us. However no boats were available. We were not offered any other services or solutions to their repeated failures. I don’t know whether it is just a failure of organization on their part or perhaps the people running the business are not quite qualified. I would NOT recommend inquiring to charter a boat or captain through this company due to their lack of responsibility and organization. Unless you are willing to continuously shift your plans around only to be let down by their services (or lack their of). I hope this review will help others avoid the same inconvenience that we experienced.. there are plenty of other similar companies in the surrounding areas to chose from.

My husband and I took the Catamaran tour on our honeymoon. The staff was AMAZING. They were attentive and friendly. They made the experience even better than the gorgeous views of Lake Tahoe.

I've been renting from AWS for over 20 years and they've always gone above and beyond for me and my family. Since Gary purchased the company 12 years ago their equipment and facilities are amazing! The Sierra Cloud Sunday morning mimosa cruise was really nice and the boat I rented was clean and new. Their fleet is impressive. All makes and sizes to choose from. Gary employs over 60 locals most of which are students and they couldn't be nicer. See ya next summer!

AWS at the Hyatt - Incline Village Nevada was awesome! We took five kids ranging from 7 years old to 19 years old out for para-sailing. I paid the 30 to ride on the boat as an observer. We had a great experience. The captain and his helper were super professional, knowledgeable, safe and nice. My youngest got scared at first and the captain worked with us to eventually get her up and she’s so glad that he did cause she had a funtastic time!! Thank you!!

Great service and very friendly people. Prices are clear and all rentals are by the hour. Took the lake tour on the catamaran. The ride was excellent and the crew was friendly and attentive. Great way to see the lake. Requires reservations in advance and the trip includes drinks (beer, wine, soda, all you want), fruit, and cheese and crackers. Great trip with kids.

What a ride! The Sea Doo's looked and felt brand new and handled super well I was able to take some sharp turns without feeling like I would flip (which is honestly hard to achieve). The staff at the beach were great and accommodating.

I went here to rent a boat and we had a wonderful time. Reservation was easy. All staff were kind and helpful from the kisok people in the street to the crew. instructions were clear and they answered all my questions. We would definitely be back
