I emailed Acura 101 West about a new 2015 and waited for a response.. Timothy emailed me the next day and was very engaging and professional. I had a pretty busy week so I wasn't able to get back to him for a few days. In between that time Tim emailed me and left me a voice mail. I know... I know... aggressive sales guy. BUT, not at all. He's pleasant, soft spoken and helpful. He was engaged and generally did put in the effort to win my business. I really appreciated that so I set an appointment for the upcoming Saturday. So I went in on that Saturday and got to see the car as well as get to know Timothy better. I am currently awaiting for the car I want to be in stock but in the interim Tim again has been responsive and has kept me posted since we met. I'll send a follow up review when I buy the car. Cori with the Internet Sales department was great to work with. She was responsive and informative to all of my questions. I had somewhat of a unique situation having moved from Canada, and after contacting over 10 dealerships, Acura 101 was the only dealership that was able to help me with my car purchase using my Canadian credit history. Josh in the Finance department was very knowledgeable with the process and I was thankful for all of his help. Acura 101 West definitely went above and beyond in helping me with my car purchase.
My daughter has a 2010 Acura . We bought this car from here brand new. Daisy my daughter is in love with this car. She has been servicing her car here for 3 years. So far everything is fine. we had one issue but it was covered by the warranty.
Returning my lease and getting a new one was the easiest experience I've ever had. No hassle, no BS. Arturo (salesman) and Frank (sales manager) were super helpful with all my questions. Thanks guys for making this easy.
There are a few things I despise in life and one of them is buying a car. Fortunately, these folks, specifically Ashlie G, made this a less painful process than usual. We feel we got a fair deal and they were willing to work it us. Under normal circumstances I'd say I loved the experience, but just because it's a car dealership, I'm going to cap my experience at "Liked it".
Very friendly and informed staff. Very easy and speedy transaction. Got a great car at a great price, I'll definitely be coming back for my next car.
My wife and I found our experience here to be very pleasant. Our salesman Jack was able to find us a car that we truly enjoy. Though it was Jack's first time selling a vehicle, his partner Jeremy helped him though many of the steps. I would recommend this dealership to all looking to buy in that it seems they are fair and honest.
Pretty good experience at the dealership. Ashley was helpful and pretty knowledgeable of what she was doing. I know she was just the internet salesperson so she had a few stutters and the car didn't come completely as advertised as my remote for the car does not work. But overall a good experience. Fast and simple
