Stopped in to get food for geckos. Immediately Hillary greeted me and asked how she could help. She let me know that Nick would be with me as soon as he finished with the previous customer. She also answered questions I had about the African Fat Tail geckos and let me look at them. Nick helped me get the right Pangea diet and even promised to special order more of a variety that wasn't in stock. I've been to all of the local pet stores and have never had such great customer service. Even though they are moving animals to a breeding facility they had a great selection of arachnids and reptiles. I even got to see Nick pair two beautiful tarantulas for breeding. I will definitely be back!

The snake has mites :( As of right now, I wouldn't buy a snake from Nick. I would wait until all of the mites are gone. 2 weeks ago I purchased an Albino Ball Python from Nick. I reached out to Nick a few hours later after I noticed something on the edge of the snake's eye. When I asked what this may be, he told me not to worry and that it would probably go with a shed or bath. I let the snake settle into his new enclosure and had him eat a few days ago. Today I was handling him more thoroughly and noticed black dots all along the snake under the scales. None of the mites were moving while I was handling him initially, but I took him out once again an hour later and saw the mites crawling across the snake. I am disappointed this was my first experience with the snake. I have to empty my enclosure, throw the bedding out, thoroughly clean everything, and spray the snake weekly until all the mites are gone. I am out my time and the expense of all the chemicals and products required. This is unnecessary stress for the snake and something I hope no one has to deal with. I saw multiple photos of this snake on their Instagram with other snakes and I wouldn't be surprised if more of their snakes have mites.

Great people, great customer service. When anyone walks in Nick and Hillary always say hello and ask if we need anything. No matter how busy they are, anyone that walks I. The door gets acknowledged and made to feel welcome to be there.

We drive 45min to come to this shop because they are awesome. They answer any and all questions about their animals as well as educate you on how to take care of the animals. We love it there.
