I was told I would receive a call when my materials arrived. Of course I did not. I call and some lady answers the phone, takes my order number and then transfers my call to another guy who has no idea why I called. He informs me my material arrived at their facilities two days prior. I told him they had poor reviews online and he admitted their service was poor. I told him to tell the owner to drop a couple bucks and hire more people. My guy just said, \I wish\. I buy from this place as a last resort.

This place is SO terrible and has been for a long time. Every time I have tried to get any info or purchase something, it's as if they are purposely ignoring you or trying to run you off. So unhelpful, rude and expensive. I am not writing this review based on one experience either. I believe any business can have an off day, miscommunication or jaded perception from a customer but I have had several dealings myself and as you can tell from the other reviewers, it is a pattern behavior with them. This is a company horribly lacking! They really deserve 0 stars.
