Due to a recent storm a tree fell on top of our 40' Montana Fifth Wheel and we needed to replace the entire roof. Sammy took good care of us - kept us in the loop with updates on the arrival of parts, when the work started, etc. Unlike many other service shops we didn't have to badger them for updates because Sammy would call us proactively. The roof looks great too! We can't wait to get back into the groove this spring.

I wanted to thank Sheri for working so hard to get our parts in stock before we brought our camper in for service. I’d also like to thank Sammy and Tracy for coordinating the service and committing to completing it in a short time frame for us. We made the mistake of looking at the new campers when we dropped it off and decided we needed a new one. Daniel was perfect to work with and made sure our purchase process was seamless. So then everyone in parts and service switched gears to get our new camper ready to pick up this weekend! We're so glad that everything has worked out perfectly, so that we can bring our new camper back with confidence that it will be taken care of by the service and parts team. We appreciate all your help!!

I had a warranty issue with my camper and Campers Inn is where I had to drop it off at. It was inspected and then determined it had to have the manufacturer fix the issues. Sammy in service was my contact person and he was very helpful and professional during the process. He made sure all my questions were answered in a timely manner and was very accessible when I called for updates. I will say that my experience with Campers Inn service was an excellent one!

Yesterday my husband and I went to Campers Inn of Acworth. They seemed friendly at first; however when we started asking questions about a camper, the sales person, Brian didn't answer the questions we asked. When we asked for a price, he came back from meeting with some guys behind a glass wall to tell us he had a great deal for us that included a 2000 discount if we finance (at a high interest rate for at least 8 months to avoid penalty) but also needed to finance at least 15,000 so we were discouraged to pay for the camper in cash like we had planned. The other great deal he shared with us was a Peace of Mind package where someone from the dealership shows you how everything works on the camper before you take it home after the purchase... for the low price of 995 (this is something that all reputable dealers do as part of good customer service, but to charge nearly 1000 that is outrageous!!!). Another 990 for freight charges and 899 for weight/sway and break - that we already have---- WHAT???? I told them that I thought that this was a sneaky way to do business and they just laughed. Laughed at a potential customer. I am glad that we did not fall for this and I hope this review will let others know that there are good people out there but NOT at Camper's Inn. Just another big chain looking to take advantage of good people.

Sammy, Tracy and Jeremy were great. They always greet me with a smile and always so nice. I purchased my TT in January and my experience at the service and parts department has been wonderful. You all truly have an awesome team. Thank you for the great service
