Kenny was awesome. He scheduled me while my truck was being worked on. He went to the shop and made my key and reprogrammed the MyKey for my f150. And he did it all for a super fair price.

I needed to get copies made of my motorcycle key, and was struggling to find a locksmith who was open for me to bring in the blanks (I have to special order those). Capital was one that actually had a walk-in - was helped immediately, and the price was fantastic! Obviously I can't speak to their emergency or call services, but very happy with the service I got/needed.
Thank you for helping us with our problem we needed a house re- keyed. It was going to be the next day before they could get to it until I explained what was going on and then they went out of their way to make it happen and it was re-keyed within a couple hours. Thank you Capital Lock & Door. Highly recommended
Eh. He was nice enough, service wasn’t worth it. Requested two locks be changed paid 90 for him to change one lock and be told that the other lock was broken and I had to go buy another and rekey to fit the one he replaced myself. Would not go this route in the future
I would not call this company at all. The price is most definitely not worth the time they put in How does any company charge a 90 service fee on top of an excessive cost on parts that took only a few minutes to replace. I understand that a company needs to make money and pay for all the overhead. However, there is a right way and wrong way into making money. This company purely does it the wrong way. Most service company usually waives the service fee when the work is being done. And if they don’t the service fee is no more than 35!!!! This was a normal business hour call. Not after hours or the weekend. We won’t call this company and I will most definitely let everyone know how terrible my experience was with them.After speaking with the manager he agreed that NO ONE stated the service fee. And that basically they can make up if it is an emergency call or not and charge you anywhere from 60-90. I will most definitely spread how these people are no ones to do business with.and just and FYI don’t try to lie and say your guy was out there working on my door for 35 minutes. I will gladly send you the 8:3 mins of camera footage of your technician working on my door and no there was not any miscommunication on our part. The neglect to communicate the service call fee was very dishonest. Anyone charging an service fee should always be up front with that with any consumer. It would make you more reputable.
