I had a really great experience at Lake City. I was able to make an appointment for a DOT physical with only one days notice. They also texted me with required information I could fill out and submit ahead of time which was very helpful. Once on site for my appointment the next day the physical started right on time. The nurses and office staff were extremely nice and helpful and Dr. Payne was the exact same way as well. He and I also realized we had some things in common so we had a really great conversation about that and lots of other topics, both medical and otherwise. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Lake City and would recommend them to anyone!
