Great place. Very organized. The registration was super easy. Very clean facility. No contact with other patients and very quick for Covid testing. The staff was very nice and so was the doctor.

I came in early for my appointment just to see if I could be seen early (I was desperate- in lots of pain) and they got me in quickly! Saw the dr and from the time he diagnosed me to when he treated me everything was quick in order to get me out of pain. I can not express how happy I was leaving 110% better than I came in. The doctor was super knowledgeable and made sure I didn’t have any questions about home care. Super thorough.

Nurses were fantastic, receptionist was also fantastic. Doctor however completely ignored my symptoms and opted to give me not one, but two covid tests. I'm not upset about the tests but I came in because I had non covid symptoms and needed to confirm if it was a common cold or something more concerning. After 300 I was told to take an ibuprofen, and none of my concerns or symptoms were addressed. I've had a running theme of doctors in the Emory network seeming to not care but this was the final nail in the coffin. I'll take my chances with a CVS pharmacy doctor before I go to another emory network physician again.

At first I thought would be nightmare with everything going on, so pleasantly surprised with my experience. The Doctor and staff were so very kind, shout out to “Princess Di”! I also had to send family to gather a few things twice and it was ready and so easy!! Top notch

The staff was extremely friendly and put my kids at ease about the Covid testing. I’m sure they had been flooded with patients, but you would have never known with their upbeat personalities and intentionality with my family! They eased our nerves, made us laugh, and served us in a timely fashion. Truly thankful for their kindness during the craziness! Acworth, Ga location
