CleanWise Solutions

It started off with a little warehouse mix up and may end with a long-term business relationship. We ordered two handheld electrostatic sprayers and expedited shipping from Reliable Paper because we needed them for a job just days away...Reliable had a mix up in the warehouse and sent us the wrong products on accident. I freaked thinking we got scammed and that I would be able to deliver services for the job days later. Got a call from the COO of Reliable minutes after I leave a heated message for them and he reassures me he's got it for action and will fix the situation ASAP. Lo and behold, he expedites two of the sprayers from a local warehouse, covers all the shipping costs, and truly saves the day for us. Although we're geographically separated, we will be evaluating if it makes sense for us to form a long-term supplier relationship with Reliable due to this success story alone. If they had our back as unknown customers from Amazon, they'll have our back and then some as long-term customers. 10/10 recommend this company and their leadership!

I received my foil order yesterday, very quickly I might add! The package from UPS looked like they dragged it behind the truck! Took pics and sent to Reliable customer service and today received email that my replacement was on the way! Now, that is what customer service should be everywhere....thank you Reliable!
