I am new to the area and I need to find a styles I called and Ashanti answered I stated what I would like and she stated to email her I did with photos I explained the 2x I spoke to her that I need a style that I didn’t have to do like crochet braids or weave but requested each time after sending email with photos a consultation so she can see my hair give whatever suggestions etc. Ashanti stated that she could do it and I can make an appointment but I wanted a consultation first so I know I can make a decision of what I actually want and what I need to get since I never had those styles before. After the second call I felt from Ashanti that I was bothering her she stated that she will call me back after she gets done with her client no follow up I tried to make the appointment she was just not having it. I feel it was unprofessional and that all are not welcome and I guess this salon does no consultation because I fell all are not welcome. Everyone please be safe and Happy Holidays.

I love this salon. Awesome service, Wonderful staff and most importantly great prices. Claire has hooked my hair up serval times and she never disappoints. She is the best stylists I’ve ever had. The only one I let touch my hair lol.
