I’m so glad that I came to this urgent care after going to 2 others earlier that day. I was honestly relieved as soon as the front desk associates greeted me because I knew I was in good hands. Thank you to the staff & doctors who made my visit meaningful. Not to mention I got in & out within an hour. You all are incredible & keep providing kindness because this world needs it especially the sick. God bless

I arrived around 7AM when they opened and it was about 10AM before they were able to get me in. With an xray and a provider visit it was about an hour, which wasn't too terrible. Unfortunately, I do feel the place is managed inefficiently. If they had a nurse or two just doing covid swabs then maybe they could get the patients that need care in and out faster. Overall, not a bad a experience, it just took much too long.

They do their very best to get you in and out quickly. Unfortunately, they’ve basically turned in to a Covid testing site. Come early. 6:15 and wait in line. You’ll be out pretty quick.

I was feeling really sick toward the beginning of the Covid-19 outbreak. I was very fatigued and miserable and really needed rest. My job doesn’t allow us to take sick days without a doctor’s note so I went here to be checked out so I could take the next day off and rest. The facility appeared clean and there was hardly a wait. They gave me a flu test and said that I was fine because I didn’t have the flu. I told them that I had a fever before coming and took a cold shower to cool down and that I was really weak and needed rest. The doctor said the only thing that appeared wrong with me was a sinus infection and prescribed me steroids. When I left I realized I didn’t have a work release instruction I needed for work and called them to ask if they could write one up. The nurse answered and I explained to her that I just left the facility and needed a note justifying why I would be missing the following day of work. She said she would ask the doctor for one in a moment. She put me on hold and came back to say they wouldn’t write a note for me because there was no reason for me to take the day off. I felt awful for 3 weeks after this visit and wouldn’t be surprised if I did have Covid and wasn’t taken seriously. Regardless if a patient is driving out in the middle of the night to see a doctor and paying for an urgent care appointment so they can rest because they feel so sick, the doctor should understand their pain. I have more choice words about this place but I’m going to leave it at that.
