Child protection case workers are the worst!! They say they are there to help families, instead tear them apart. They demand so much from a parent and just make them fail...

We called about a real concern ( a child smoking their parents vape pen) and the case worker thought we were calling just for revenge/out of spite in a custody battle. What a waste of time. If someone you know is in a real danger unfortunately cps won’t do a damn thing about it.

They literally told me that the only abuse someone can report is abuse to someone else's child, by that child's legal caretakers. I reported that a child had been physically abused by staff at an elementary school. They told me that in Adam's county I had to take my issue up with the staff at that school. I have the call recorded.

I know from being in the system as a child and now as an adult that theae people are only in it for the money and really dont care about your kids it is one of the most horrible placess for your kids to go threw and they should be shut down
