Absolutely amazing. Barbara asked questions to get an idea where she needed to focus on while giving me a chair massage, I left feeling so relaxed. The entire visit was calming. Three days later and my upper shoulders still feel relaxed after doing a weekend of yard work. Barbara really enjoys her job and that reflects in the questions she asks and how passionate she is with her advice after the massage. I will definitely make this a monthly visit.
