Excellent birding hotspot: waterbirds, riparian birds, woodland birds, and grazing birds. I come here a lot, and I wouldn't recommend swimming in it. It will semi-perminantly stink your clothes.

Water is super murky but its great for paddle boarding. It doesn't smell and its fun to follow all the baby ducks around.
