Good place to get supplies
Amazing pilot shop. I flew a my corporate clients into the ADS airport, and saw the pilot shop when returning from lunch. The other pilot and I decided to stop in and take a look around. Realizing I needed new headset pads for my Lighspeed Zulu 3's, I checked the rack and found the shop was out. The employee informed me that they had a shipment expect to arrive in two days, and they ship free of charge same day. So, I placed an order. After about a week and a half, I hadn't received my headset pads, so I called the store. The employee remembered me from when I was in, told me she shipped them two days ago, and apologized profusely for the delay, saying the shipment was delayed from the manufacturer. Additionally, she told me that she had included an extra set of pads for no additional charge. Sure enough, the following day, my box arrived with two sets of headset pads, just as she said. Customer service was above and beyond anything I'd have expected! Will visit again on my next ADS day trip! And will definitely use them for additional purchases in the future!
