The technician Andy was on time and well equipped for the job! He was nice and very informative throughout the whole process. Very knowledgeable, as a woman I was scared I was going to get taken advantage of not knowing anything technical but it was absolutely the opposite. He made sure i Understood the whole process. He even had all the parts on his truck to fix it immediately. Wow what great service! I'm so pleased with this company and service they render! I am keeping my old washer and dryer and will use them again when necessary. Oh and they also offer a 1yr warranty on there work!
They couldn’t fix my washer, ended up charging me over and over again and when I called to get my money back, the rep cursed me out and hung up. Called back to complain to a general manager and she said she is the manager and then hung up again. Don’t ever try to get things fixed through them.
Wouldnt even give one star. We bought a display for our oven/microwave after one month it ceased working, guy came out last Monday, very flippant attitude and said part was discontinued, and didnt know what they could do, would speak to Manager, 10 days later-and after calling every single day, just to be put to answer machine, with no call back, we still do not have a working cooker/microwave. I have a family to feed and cook for, this is extremely not acceptable. My advice - BE CAUTIOUS, you may never get any response and no resolution to fixing a part they supplied. From a very unsatisfied customer.
