I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! TOTALLY UNRELIABLE!! I HAD TO BE PRESENT FOR DELIVERY TO SIGN...AND I HAD EXPLAINED TO THEM THE DAY BEFORE THAT I HAD TIME SENSITIVE ERRANDS TO DO THAT DAY, SO I ASKED FOR A TIME FRAME...SAID BETWEEN 9AM -5PM HERE IT IS 5:30PM, I CALLED TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED....AND THE COURIER SAID THEY WERE DONE FOR THE DAY!! THE DELIVERY WAS FOR MY MOTHER'S PAIN MEDS! THANKFULLY SHE HAD SOME EXTRA PILLS LEFT, OTHERWISE SHE'D BE IN AGONY
