I live here for almost 2 years the only complaint is the neighbors DO NOT respect the parking area , they supposted to park in center of the parking spot my cube is 87 and her 's is 86,I cant open the passenger side door specially after go shopping ,hve to lead with this every singleday ,i told the lady in the office 3 times and i think she doesnt do anything about, my truck has some dents in passenger side door already ,Please attention to corporate ..

This is a wonderful property. It's a small and older property, but they make up for that with excellent customer services. The grounds are immaculately kept. The floor plans are spacious, and the units have all new appliances. The rental rates are very competitive. Jade is ideally located at Marsh & Spring Valley. It's walking distance to grocery stores, convenience stores, dry cleaners and DART stops. The floor plans are spacious, and the units have all new appliances. It's only minutes to the Galleria Mall, 635, and the the tollway. If you like to run or walk, Loos Field House is right next door. There's also a dog park next door. This is a great place to live. Come home to Jade.
Booked an appointment with Natalie Duenas at 3:30pm and showed up on time. The door was closed with a “we’ll be back” sign and no answers on the phone to my calls or knocks on the door so we just waited in 100 degree weather before giving up. All future resident parking spots were taken up, even though there was apparently no one inside. So rude and unprofessional.
Grounds are clean and well maintained. Very reasonable on price. Conveniently located near schools, shopping, gas stations etc. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Service requests are attended to at light speed! Did I mention free covered parking? No nonsense, not a bunch of hidden fees and buried costs like a lot of places I've lived at. Very transparent and easy to understand what you are getting for what you are paying. New shopping complex being constructed across the street, excited to see what new businesses move in!
I have lived here since 2000. I am 72 yrs old and love everything and everyone is great.
