Professional, Trustworthy Furrier for Retail, Storage, Cleaning, Repairs. None better in the DFW Metroplex. Murray has been in business for years. I have been a long time customer going back to 2001 and have referred countless customers/friends to him. Great guy, very personable !
My mother purchased a beautiful mink here 5 years ago and has stored it there every year and since relocated to FL. She plans on spending Christmas in Canada and requested North Dallas Furrier mail her coat to to FL so she can pack it for her trip. They mailed it, didn't pay for insurance, and it is LOST. They are taking no responsibility and it has been a nightmare working with them to figure out a solution to the mess they created by not insuring the coat when they shipped it. 75 insurance would have covered the cost of a 5,000 coat, but they paid 30 ground shipping with NO INSURANCE. I feel like we're trapped in a scam here. WE offered to pay for the shipping cost and would have happily covered additional fee for insurance, but they cut a corner and everyone involved will lose. Very unfortunate and very bad business.
