The lady with short-hair who works at food court in this sam's club is awesome. They didn't have the item i wanted, she made a suggestion & made the perfect berry sundae for me. Super nice and great service. And she was multi-tasking at the same time!! Even more impressive

The reason why I am giving this place is a five-star is because the people there listen to you anywhere from someone just stacking the shelves to the cart person bringing in carts or even a manager. Always do a lot of shopping there at least there once a week. Looks like they did some relocating of products in the store but that's okay keeps us on our feet to look at some of the new stuff that's around the club.
Honestly, The staff are more polite and friendly than compared to Costco staff. They are on top of cleaning the facility constantly. I am impressed. Also, I see there are more selections such in brand names. You have earned my membership. I am switching to y'all.
It's always nice to shop at Sam's, I find everything I need and more. The only downside is that there is less and less cashiers, only one was open today and we are pretty close to Christmas, those lines get crazy. I don't like doing self checkouts, I feel like if I'm doing someone else's job I should at least get a small discount. And besides, some of those self checkout machines don't take cash. They are employing less people and we (clients) do the job for them.
Always clean and organized. Staff is friendly and helpful. Aisle are wide so even on weekends when it's packed there is still plenty of space. Ample parking too. Only down side would be the lines at check out. Even food court here is clean!
