Been living in Addison for about 6 years. This place always had the nicest staff, always pleasant. Now it seems every year that goes by the staff is angrier and more unhappy. Management is really slipping. Its not hard to find people that are friendly and want to work. Your here to provide customer service not sit in the middle station socializing with the other employees, than give attitude cause your interrupted.

Management needs to empower staff and they also need to be smart. Of all the time I forget my wallet guy wants to see my ID, but he was nice and I understand but you got to use some common sense which is not very common.
Work station today issue was pumps not working, other issue are cards not accepted yet work elsewhere, air pump not working , or out of tape for receipts!
Bunch of scared rabbits, going to this store is like like meeting the SS. Thank you. for nothing.
Good price on fountain drinks and gas prices are good
