I give this company a 0. Technical service is very poor. I paid over 300 for several programs and lost them due to a virus on my computer. Operating system had to be reinstalled and I lost the programs I purchased. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT

Unreliable company that provides terrible customer support. Support agents lie about bugs being fixed which in fact are not. Tickets are open for months without any follow-up. Escalations are not handled. Would never buy any software from Topaz Labs again. All above documented via e-mail conversations over several months with Topaz Labs.
Bought 2 products, only 1 works, it says I need to buy DeNoise which I have downloaded but won't let me open. No way to call or email, the charge for this product is on my credit card bill, but i can't open and there is no way to call or email. Totally unacceptable.
TERRIBLE customer service!! TERRIBLE..let me say it again just so I am clear TERRIBLE! They will not provide a phone number despite my request during our six week, back and forth email conversation about my issues. I would NOT buy this program; it is good but if there is an issue and there will be...you are screwed!
The program is terrific. When you need technical support you are out of luck. When a company, any company, doesn't provide a phone number or direct chat, that is a serious sign of poor customer service. If I have an immediate problem. Waiting days to resolve the issue is unacceptable.
