When you have a convo with one of the managers and they say okay I’ll make the notes in your account and switch the things in the account and don’t which prevents you from keeping your gym goals is quite messed up! Then trying to block my membership when I already have two years paid for in the system!! Yeah no don’t sign up for personal training cause they want you to be able to pay in full or within a month. Straight crazy! Don’t get me wrong they are all nice and polite. Clean down your machines more please!!!! Oh and keep and eye on your credit cards cause they try to charge you everyday of the full amount. That’s an issue when more important bills are to be paid first. Just saying.

This can be a great gym. Im lowering the rating though as the sales have come on too strong to the point where it gets offensive and I don't want to go there. The last three weeks, Ive been approached 6 times! 3x mid workout about programs or sessions that I am not interested in. NOBODY wants to be bothered mid workout! I used to personal train and would like to think I know what I'm doing but apparently not? Ive heard several others complain as well. I understand its a business but too aggressive pushes people to go to other gyms. Signs and overhead announcements work just fine. So do app notifications. Please stop harassing people with these and be more creative with marketing and less intrusive.
These people are snakes. They try to rip you off from all angles. Be very careful before you sign up for anything because once you are in it will not be easy to cancel anything. It will be \a long journey\ until you can cancel whatever you want to cancel. I guess best way will be just blocking your CC.
Very convenient for me. I can use this location for my midday training session as its 2min from work. Cons- Water station is the worst in the market. Might as well bring a gallon yourself. Good luck refilling. Great location but a little small for their 40iest. Seems like an xpress. No digital scales. No towels. No guest after 9 P.M.!!?!?
