This nursing facility is changing drastically for the better. Under new management, the entire team is working together day and night to provide the best care for the community. There are many changes happening now, and many more to come. The in-patient dialysis services are fantastic!

A friend of mine is there and the phones are still not being answered. Considering Covid 19, restrictions, it's imperative to communicate with the family. My friend is not able to answer the phone in his room.
This is the worst place to send your love one. Since covid19 no one can visit at least they can have the decency to answer the telephone so people can check on their love ones. I have written several letters to the administrator and the main office complaining about not answering the phones and how my love one being is treated.
This is the WORST nursing home. The way they treat my mom and other residents is so inhumane. They leave her waiting for almost two hours to provide her with Tylenol or change her diaper (my moms is blind and disabled) and they have lost her belongings many times. After speaking with the administrator Mr. Olu about a reimbursement for the missing items Mr. Olu said that at the time her things went missing he wasn’t the administrator - that solves absolutely nothing. He’s the administrator NOW, so what is he doing about it? It’s almost impossible to get a hold of anyone when calling. I’ve literally had to call 30 times just to get someone to pick up - I have call logs. A GNA named Ashley told my mom “I only have two feet and two hands” - this doesn’t excuse the lack of sympathy, kindness, and work ethic NEEDED to work at a nursing home. The fact that they don’t have the necessary amount of nurses, GNA’s, etc., and the fact that the people who currently work there are being overworked shouldn’t cause my mom and other residents to pay the price. I have opened an investigation with the Board of Administrators of Nursing Homes, the way they treat residents here makes me sick to my stomach. THEY DESERVE BETTER.
This place is a complete joke!!!! Please do not send your family members to this death trap. My mother has been there for a week with no telephone or any means to communicate with her. When asked about it I was told to have a phone in your room is not mandatory or a priority to them. Also when calling to inquire after 4 requests for a phone to be installed, the staff hung up on me and informed me I have the wrong number while laughing at me. I even called from another number and got the same treatment. After leaving multiple messages I only received one call back with no concern and this lasted for 3 hours. A Very unprofessional operation please pay attention to all of the reviews and take them seriously as I am. This place is horrible please do not send your family members here. They do not have telephones for your family members to communicate with you or care to. They also denied my mother health care and my in person request to have her transported to a hospital for medical care. Do not risk your family members lives.
