Ray was a pleasure to work with. Very informed on his products. Came out and did a site check for the concrete slab. Concrete crew very professional...cleaned up after themselves. Slab looks great. Building is perfect. Definitely nice to be able to get financed, get a building and get a slab all in the same place.

Super satisfied with the 20 x 20 shop that we added to our new property. Ray runs an honest business. He also has nice metal works yard decor available (I bought 4) and sturdy built yard playground sets for the kiddos.
Shopped around for about 6 months trying to decide on a building. Met with Ray. He listened to what my needs were and designed the perfect building for us. Got it financed with him and he did our slab work. Nice guy. Professional.
Bought a 30x40 shop. Compared pricing with 2 other builders, Duvall's came in right where they needed to. Also had them do my concrete slab...came out nice, perfect for our building. Would recommend!
One stop shop, have been looking to build a metal building for almost two years. One that wouldn't break the bank or require a second mortgage. Ray was polite and professional and we would recommend him. The only thing I would recommend is the sub base for the foundation be specified and allow customer to chose between road base or sand.
