This place is always great, its always nostalgic to me, i really miss the rental places. This is one of the few left out there unfortunately. They always have something im looking for or if im just browsing for something random i can always find a hidden gem in this place filled with treasure.

I'm old school. I still rent DVDs in the age of digital everything, so I appreciate that there is a Family Video nearby to rent from. You honestly can't beat their prices on older movies @ 2 for a dollar for 5 days. I can pick up a bunch of old favorites or ones I've never seen and not have to return them the next day, which is great. They have a decent selection of newly released and almost new movies that are also reasonably priced. Kids movies are free (except newly released), which is awesome and there is also an adult section which is cool, and considering how uptight and easily offended people are it's pretty surprising. I would love to see more independent movies but hey, I get it. You can't please everyone so you buy what the majority wants.
Always nice to go look at the movie case before renting. Also carry a nice line of CBD products.

There has been a number of issues the number one issue I have had is their credit card reader accidentally reset and showed on computer that it didnt go through but in reality it went through twice. When brought to their attention they asked to wait until it fully went through after pending. This is the kicker instead of letting us have our money back ir credit it back on our card 21.99 they only offered in store credit and denied us to get our money back. The other issues were missing DVDs on multiple occasions some they found and others they couldn't but all were returned. Late fees add up and it's bad when it's their fault but they did take away some of the fees.
