Using AIS was a really great experience. Garret Myers was my sells rep, and he provided probably the best customer service I have had in a really long time. He was very detailed in the type of protection they offered and made recommendations for my house that I just moved in to. Garret was very friendly with my family, and he really listened to what I felt I needed to keep my family safe and not pushy trying to sell me something I didnt need. The tech that came out to install the system was outstanding as well. The best part is the NEW, state of the art equipment! Camera door bell, smart bulbs and thermostat that can be added to the security system. All can be adjusted and controlled on your smart phone... It's not just the safety aspect of it all but also the convenience of having all that at your finger tips. The price is well worth what you get and the piece of mind is just priceless. Trevor was awesome! He walked me through the different security options and helped me choose the best system for my home and family. Michael walked me through the install and helped teach me how everything works. Trevor then even followed up with me days after the install to make sure I didn't have anymore questions.
