Advanced Communications LLC (“Advanced”) Pro: Excellent customer service, phone provider, and telephone system maintenance. Con: It took them way too long to let me know about their telecommunications provider services. My company has been using Advanced as our telephone system maintenance provider for many years and have been very happy with the level of service we receive. Having said that, about 2 months ago, one of our original telephone handsets went dead and I had to purchase a new phone. When discussing the options of refurbished versus new (upgrade) of the handset with Patrick, he suggested new as the 10-year-old technology was no longer being supported. It was then that he mentioned that Advanced may be able to save us money on our monthly telephone bill, as they were also a telephone service provider. After a few conversations with Advanced we decided to port all our telephone lines over to them. The porting conversion was effortless on our end, we didn’t have any noticeable telephone down time, and setting up our account to auto-pay via credit card with Stacey was easier than ever. As a result, we not only see a large decrease in our monthly telephone bill, but because we ported all our numbers to Advanced, we receive 50% off our annual telephone system maintenance agreement. I wish I’d have known about their complete line of service sooner!

Best service of any communication service I've ever had. Don't go with the big guys that have no time for you. Advanced Communications fixed all the problems brought on by AT&T and the other big guys who didn't have time for my small business. Can't say enough good things about these people.
