Dr. Wylie is amazing! The office staff are all wonderful. My daughter was getting frequent headaches while reading and would mentally fatigue. Reading wasn't very enjoyable for her because her eyes would hurt and sometimes she would have double vision. After 20 weekly visits of vision therapy with Chris, who is so encouraging, along with a short amount of daily work at home, she is now reading several grades above her grade level and reading a chapter book every day or two! She loves reading! Thank you Dr. Wylie for diagnosing her visual system problem and for providing the treatment to overcome it! Her life is better everyday because of it!

Dr. Wylie has been our doctor for years, so we knew he was a good eye doctor. But in June 2018, we learned that he is a fantastic eye doctor, and very thorough. We brought our 14 year-old in because she had been having trouble reading fine print. He discovered papilledema, which is inflammation of the optic nerve. The worst case scenario is that papilledema would be caused by a brain tumor. We had the worst case scenario; our daughter had a brain tumor!! Because of Dr. Wylie, we started asking the questions we needed to ask, and it was discovered just in time. A neurosurgeon removed it just about two weeks after our appointment with Dr. Wylie. Without his attentiveness and care, we might not have found it until there were serious complications. We won't go anywhere else for eye care from now on.

I'm SO grateful to Advanced Eyecare and Therapies for helping my son with his vision. Within the first 3 weeks of vision therapy, we began to see improvements. He no longer stares off into space, never complains of headaches, and is less fatigued, among so many other improvements. I'm so thankful his OT referred him here because I never would have known how much he was struggling with simply seeing nor that there was help available for him. Bianca, Dr. Wylie, and all the staff are incredibly kind and caring. If your little one is struggling in school or having a hard time focusing, I would highly recommend that you visit Dr. Wylie for an evaluation. It's well worth it!
