I arrived at my scheduled appointment time. I was the first patient checked in After lunch but the last one to be called back after waiting for 30 minutes it was so hot in the lobby that I had to go outside. I had also been instructed to complete the paperwork online prior to my appointment which I did and when I checked it the receptionist told me they didn’t have access to the paperwork on line because of an office flood. Then why was I told to fill it out? After 45 minutes they called me on the phone and told me they were ready to see me as I was still outside but by that time I had decided to leave because of the disorganization and the appearance of the facility which didn’t appear very clean. I don’t want my eyes operates on if there if they can even get the office work organized.

I had my lasik done a year ago and it was a lovely experience. They erased all my nerves and I'm here again a year later with perfect vision the front desk lady is a hoot and she remembers everyone she meets :o the chairs are comfy the place is clean and has good tech with great staff to operate it if you live in oklahoma get your lasik done here!!!

I've tried to get a appointment for months. I had eye surgery and my eyesight went blurry in my left eye. They did a yag laser on it , everything went well. Then my right eye went blurry and I can barely see. I finally got a appointment and when I arrived a woman came out and said they closed because someone had covid. See told me no one was there that could do the yag anyway. She said, don't worry, we will make you a priority and call to reschedule. A month and a half later ,no call. I called today and they said I could come in January, today is November 5th. I feel this is very poor service.

My husband is having his eye done today and this has been one of the BEST experience. Kendra has been so amazing! Explaining everything in detail with a beautiful smile and such a fun, comforting attitude! We will definitely be recommending Advanced Laser & Cataract Center of Oklahoma to everyone! I go to Advanced Laser Center for my routine eye exams, or if I am having problems with my eyes. Everyone is very very friendly. Christi gives you a warm welcome as soon as you enter. Everyone that I encounter during my visit are always pleasant. The doctors take their time to fully examine my eyes and explain their findings. I definitely recommend Advanced Laser Center for your eye care needs. I have even referred my daughter here for her eye care.
