Received a breathing machine for my child from this location and am currently working to get my breast pump from here (long process but not at all their fault). I'm sure I have annoyed the woman calling so many times but she has been INCREDIBLY polite and helpful each time I call. Now hopefully everything works out and I get my breast pump :)

This company has been robo calling me for almost a week at least 5 times a day. I have tried to block the calls but they have multiple lines and it is getting really annoying. Don't know how I got on their list as I have never bought anything from them or have any need for their medical equipment

Done business on my cpap needs for YEARS and when my doctor faxes over an order for new machine i'm told there is a FREEZE on new machines and they can't help me...most ridiculous answer!! My doctor indicates that when the order was sent 5/15/19 there was no freeze. Don't use them. I don't know how a long term client can only get supplies for old but not new equipment - absolutely unacceptable. Will NEVER refer anyone.

Had an appointment today for a CPAP fitting and initial demonstration. From start to finish the entire staff has been friendly and professional. I'm glad that I found them and will continue to do business there indefinitely.
