BEST BEND experience EVER!!! Extreme GRATITUDE to Lisa & the fantastic team at Advanced Mobility. My niece had a destination wedding in OR & it was important to her to have her Grandparents there. My 88 year old father is no longer mobile & couldn't bring his scooter on the small plane we booked to get there. Lisa & Dan helped arrange the PERFECT ride for him to go down the aisle with. When we arrived at the shop, Dylan was extremely helpful. He literally became our ANGEL of MERCY when my Father became a bit agitated. After the flight & missing lunch, anxiety was HIGH for all of us. To help calm my Dad down, Dylan very patiently & calmly took the time to show us how the scooter worked & how to assemble & disassemble for transportation. He made sure my Father felt comfortable operating it & even let him take a test ride through the store before we went on our way. He offered his help with any other needs we might have while visiting Bend, including shower chairs or ramp rentals we might require for the wedding. Bottom line is Advanced Mobility of Bend & DYLAN ROCKS!!!! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH for coming alongside our family to make our bride's dreams come true. We will CHERISH our memories of Bend for a LIFETIME. The Grandfather of the Bride wouldn’t have made it down the aisle without you.

Advanced Mobility has been my go-to accessibility team since arriving in central Oregon five years ago. Whether a major project like stairs’ chair-lift or walk-in bathtub OR something minor like repairing a rolling walker or tool to make life easier, Dan, Lisa, and Dylan work to get it right. Customer service is outstanding. My only regret is that they are not open on Saturdays as we don’t live in Bend.

Five years ago I wrote a review about Advanced Mobility. I've often wondered when seeing reviews for businesses that were more than a few years ago if the business is still good as the reviews stated. I'm here today saying that I still highly recommend Advanced Mobility! I recently purchased my second power chair from them ( I wore out my first one) and they continue to give me wonderful service. I have had all service on my chair done with them and I've always been satisfied. The owners Lisa and her husband Dan are sweet, hard working people who really care. Check them out, you won't be disappointed!
