I am so disappointed in this company. I have been using the for years and I just had an issue with my reception. They sent a nice man out and all he had to do was to rotate the antenna all the way around both directions to sync the gear box. I don't mind paying for the trip charge but I think an 85.00 labor charge is excessive (a total of 120.00) for what was done during a time when money is tight. I bought this box from them, they installed it, and never told me this was needed to be done. If this is the way they want to do business they have lost a long time loyal customer.

By the time I talked to them about cutting the cord, (getting rid of cable) and them coming out to install a antenna was 3 hours. Living in Eustis I get close to 70 most HD channels now for free.

We are NOT technically up to date with all that new TVs, satellite receivers and computers are capable of these days! These fine folks have helped us install and easily use our Dish services, Hoppers, TV operations, and have given us friendly advice and suggestions that have made TV use easier and simpler for us.
