The current owner of this business, Mark Kester, is knowledgeable about service & repair, however, is not customer service friendly. He scheduled to be at my location today but did not show up. He said it was miscommunication (on his end) but did nothing to correct the problem. He made me feel the error was my problem. If you're looking for a Hot Tub repair, consider hiring a professional; not Advanced Spa Service.
