After several months of litigation with my husband, and researching our option to upgrade our house, we chose to start with the interior. In our research we went with Advanced Staircase and Metal Works to come and present us with several options and recommendations. We found them to be highly professional, very knowledge, thorough, and honest. We chose to replace our tired old wood balusters with more modern new stylish metal balusters. In just one day they transformed our tired old look into a fresh new design and could not be happier. Great fast friendly service and not only recommend them, but will definitely be calling them back for more upgrades to our exterior.
We recently had Advanced Staircase redo our main staircase and the landing at the top of the stairs. The staircase was 1970's vintage, and badly in need of renovation, and landing had outdated berber carpet. Treads and risers replaced, making the stairs feel sturdy and quiet. The beautiful hardwood flooring matches the staircase, and the iron spindles and box newel posts give the stairs a clean, updated look. Everyone who contributed work to this project was very professional and treated our home as if it were theirs. Patrick was the master planner and staircase foreman. He was a pleasure to work with and his advice was very much appreciated!

Patrick and his team at Advanced Staircase & Iron Works did a phenomenal job upgrading my stairs! I found a hand railing from an online vendor and Patrick provided sound advice about ordering online, but he was more than willing to accomodate my wife and I to make sure we got the look we wanted. He installed the hand rail, new balusters, newell posts, top caps, and angular shoes. He let me know they normally dont paint but he went ahead and primed my foot board for me to paint later. My wife and I couln't be more pleased with Patrick and his team. The professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service they provided makes them a top choice contractor!
