Gene and his crew were phenomenal! Gene worked closely with us from the minute we lost water until we had the new well put in. Very professional service. Highly recommended!

We moved into our house about 2.5 years ago, and since then we've worked with Gene and Nathan on basically redoing our entire well water system. They've replaced our water tank, water softener, water pump controller, as well as added iron blocker and both air and water radon systems. And when we recently had problems with the radon system, Gene went above and beyond with his efforts to make everything right. My family really appreciated the support he and his team provided. Some other reviews noted that they had been having a hard time getting in touch with Gene. I believe that problem is now resolved (staffing) and I haven't had an issues contacting him. Gene and Nathan are courteous professionals and their work is thorough, very well priced, and above all...honest. Highly recommended.
I was referred to Gene & Advanced Water Systems by someone I really trust. I had no water. I called Gene, left a message on his voicemail and he returned my call within 20 minutes. He was at a job but told me he'd be at my house in an hour. He was right on time. There was a blockage in some part. He cleaned it out and all was well!! (pun intended!) Gene was friendly, professional & respectful. Will definitely use him again!
We bought a house 1.5 years ago, where they had installed the system. i called them for us having brown water, and they said we had to replace one of the tanks. it was 1500 dollars.. after that we still had brown water, I called, they said just run it... it did clear up but the brown water came back on and off... i called left a vm, no answer, I called left a vm, no answer.. I called multiple of their numbers, finally got a call back... He was a no show, and didn't call back again... Called another water system, they came and checked it out, they had put in wrong filter sizes, my system was in bypass mode, wrong size injectors, and a few other things that I don't remember. This company has an ok rudimentary understanding of things, but not genuine experts, not to mention they leave people hanging. My water has been acidy, full of iron, damaged our old house further, clothes etc. Never will I work with these people again. I can highly recommend Barlow Pump instead.. they sent in this young man, and he sorted it all out, found some more stuff that needed to be fixed (and he showed me, it wasn't just he said and charged me), he explained things in detail and they came on the time window they told me, and they have been easy to get hold of.
This company is great owner and employees know what they are doing... called them last minute and they came out first thing in the morning when I called last minute the home they did the well and radon inspection did not fall through with the deal but it had nothing to do with the outcome of inspection a little bacteria in well was not the cause for us backing out so they are not the reason we did not buy the house... we didn’t buy cause owner did not want to budge on half closing costs even though the home inspector found there was issues that needed to be corrected the seller was a retired correctional officer so you can imagine how rude of a Lady she was and to push blame to this company who had nothing to do with us backing out is beyond mind boggling advanced water systems acted professionally and completed a professional inspection of the well and I will without question use them again and recommend them to anyone... I once again want to thank advanced water systems coming out as quickly as they did and for there professional educated inspection
I’ve worked with Gene before and he has been very responsive and helpful. He came out right away when my well went dry. However, lately no one answers or returns calls. I have no idea what happened and it actually bothers me to give my business to someone else.
