The Advanced Water Systems' team have been helping us manage Arizona's hard water for over 10 years. Beginning with the emergency stemming from our former home's water heater springing a large leak in our garage on a Sunday morning. Based on a friend's recommendation, I called Advanced Water Systems for help and the owner (Ken Hourihan) personally replaced our damaged water heater on that same Sunday afternoon. Since then we have had two reverse osmosis water treatment systems installed under kitchen sinks in two different homes and two water softeners installed in those same two homes. Noah has been the service technician for all of these installations and we could not be happier with his service and the wonderful equipment he has installed. In addition, Noah has always arrived within the defined appointment window and his work is not only done quickly but also very professionally. I also appreciate the fact that Noah, nor anyone at Advanced Water Systems, never tries to sell us non-essential services or unnecessary equipment. Plus, they standby their products with excellent warranties.

Advanced water systems was recommended to us by a friend and I'm glad I received their name. The other company we talked to tried to push systems on us that cost 2-3 times what we really needed. Cody the sales lead did a great job of explaining the different options and price points based on our family's needs. The installation went well and the team made sure everything was working 100% before leaving despite running into some peculiarities in how our house was wired.
