Expensive and mediocre. Chipped my dad’s old Donzi and told him there is no way they did it, then knocked 35 off his bill. Charged me 850 to winterize and diagnose the engine on my ‘Dancer. Grease left all over my seats, transom, and floors. Definitely doesn’t seem like fussy work. Seems nuts to scare away business like that, but maybe it was just an off experience. Won’t be back.

From the beginning their dedication is to the customer. They were very considerate in calling us to get our boat in early and told us they will make sure we will have our boat by the weekend to use. The phone calls during the repairs to give me updates were appreciated and they made sure all my concerns were addressed. Overall a very pleasant experience. Even though I’m 45 miles away, they have earned my business for future repairs.

I've used Advantage Marine for over a year and two separate boats and highly recommend them. Their pricing is fair, work is high-quality, and communication good. They get very busy in the spring/summer so I recommend calling early and being patient while your boat is with them. I like their work so much I pull my boat out of the marina in Grand Haven and trailer it to Zeeland just so they can work on it. Highly recommend, especially if you have a go-fast boat.

This was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had with any type of repair (car, boat, house, etc). They did excellent work at a fair price. They communicated often and clearly and were even able to work with mercury to get warranties transferred into my name. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
