Just like any older neighborhood there are ups and downs. Overall this is a nice neighborhood. Pleasant front office staff. Located next to a peaceful trail to walk day or night and release some stress. (The trail being so close is actually my favorite thing about the neighborhood). The workout gym is limited but it is accessible 24/7. The new manager is pretty cool, hopefully she stays (at least until my lease is up). My time and experience here I rate a 7/10..... 6.5. But this is just my view. You come and give it a try sometime.

I’ve been apartment shopping and stopped by Advenir at magnolia to get more information. The leasing agent was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Naima showed me around, was very knowledgeable about the neighborhood, pricing, contract, amenities, the surrounding area (places to eat, social spots, etc.) this place was not like other property management staff who have been in a rush or very “pushy” in my shopping phase. Advenir at magnolia is Definitely at the top of my list!
