The front desk staff is often rude and always indifferent to your health or well being. Referrals take months and I traditionally have to follow through on my own to make sure things actually get done. A referral to the Pain Management clinic in the same complex took 9 weeks for them to finally call me for an appointment, which was scheduled for 9 weeks later. That’s not an efficient or even reasonable time frame to manage pain. I think a one star review for this facility (and ALL of Adventist Health Sonora) is being quite generous. Sadly, there is no way to leave a review with zero stars.

Staff were friendly and efficient shave never had a long wait after checking in. Nurses and Nate Methot seem interestedin whats going on in my life. When my adult daughter died a few weeks ago, everyone was kind and genuine, and Nate told me if I thought I need anxietyor depression meds to be sure to call and we'll decide what might be appropriate. In short, all my experiences have been nothing but positive.
