Staff was very friendly, prices were very reasonable (38 for basic bike for 5 hours) and bikes worked great! Each bike rental comes with a helmet, small pouches on the bike to store a phone/keys, and a bike lock if you plan to do some hiking. This place is located at the park entrance and biking is the perfect way to experience Grand Teton National Park. The bike path is separate from the road and it goes from this bike shop through the park. Highly recommend going to Jenny Lake which is roughly 16 miles round trip.

The staff was patient and energetic. Alex was particularly helpful and friendly. We loved riding the bikes on the trail to Jenny lake next to the Grand Tetons. Memorable experience!

7/19/2020 - Was interested in renting kayaks and paddle boards but couldn’t because we were driving a large RV and we couldn’t transport them. Understandable and the workers were all very nice and helpful. Wish we could have rented from them but hope to next time!

They were very helpful getting a kayak and 2 paddle boards on a ford escape. Great location near lakes, we were on string lake and saw a brown bear. Great day.

I was disappointed to learn that they didn't have spokes (summer 2018). Perhaps that has since changed. They were able to recommend another shop in Jackson Hole that had what I needed.

This is a good place to rent canoes, kayaks, and bikes. We got a canoe and paddles for going to string lake. They were very helpful loading it on the car for us. And, they provided detailed instructions / advice for going through the invasive species checkpoint and where to unload / park at the lake.

We rented enough canoes for 28 people! The shop owner and his staff were super friendly and helpful. The equipment was well taken care of. When I come up to Jackson area again, I will plan working with them again. Such a pleasant experience!
