Dropped of an item to be done and they said it would be done on Wednesday. I called the Friday after and I was told their machine broke and they would not be able to do my item. I never received a call from them. Now I am going on vacation without my item and if I had been informed I may have been able to get another company to do the work. Customer service is not that hard.
