This was an excellent insurance company. However, a change in personnel over the past year has resulted in terrible service. I referred Advice to a neighbor in May. He told me that he couldn't get a call back, so I contacted them on his behalf. I was assurred that he would be contacted. Later, he told he that he had to contact another broker to get a Lighthouse policy because Advice wouldn't call him. Next month my policy comes up for renewal. I've called Advice several times over the past 2.5 weeks for quotes and have not received calls when told I would and still have not received a quote despite being told that I would "by Friday." Terrible customer service!!!

They answer very quickly. They listen to what you want and look for exactly what your looking for regarding insurance. I really love this insurance group and will stay with them.
