I sent a box with a car stereo to Colombia and the box arrived without it, the box was left at home and seals was broken. I made a claim but they answered that you have to open the package in front of people who gave to you. Also the insurance is only in case of lost of your package period. Bottom line don't use this service at least to Colombia, the company there called C&M don't care about you say if they decide to stole your belongings they do and no body takes responsibility.

Above and beyond what was expected great company and people
The package I recently sent to Bogota arrived crushed with the contents cracked and damaged despite being properly packed in bubble pack and waterproof materials. I followed the proper procedure for opening an insurance claim for reimbursement for damaged cargo. The Aereomar office in Bogota was of no assistance. In fact, they did nothing but delay and hang up when we called about the claim. Beware of this company. It is better to use another shipper. Aereomar forces you to pay for "insurance " that in reality is a joke. They can't even provide the name of their insurance company!!! My recommendation is to AVOID Aereomar. Use another shipping company and save yourself a lot of aggravation.

No recomiendo esta empresa, antes me había ido bien, pero llevo meses intentando traer unas cosas de cierto valor, al parecer se las robaron porque no contestan ni teléfono ni correos. Aidin Acedo que es la de departamento comercial es una persona grosera y CERO PROFESIONAL. No hagan uso de esta empresa.
