Purchased all my window treatments for my home and office from Aero Shade. Great products and professional installations. Just had one chain come off the track after a few years and Joey was great - called back promptly, came by and fixed it quickly.
Simply the best. Not only was the initial purchase and installation excellent, the aftercare service is first class. Specifically, Aeroshade installed shades in every window in my home in the Hollywood Hills years ago with virtually no problems. But this week, one of my manual shades came off the roller because a small governing bead (probably the wrong word) lost a back causing the bead chain to come off the roller. I was able to put the chain back on the roller but the shade didn't go up far enough. So I called Aeroshade on Tuesday and 2 days later, today Joey arrived at my home right on time at 9am. Within 2 minutes, he fixed the problem and installed a new governing bead to prevent the problem reoccurring. And he waived the entire service call fee presumably because the fix was easy and took hardly no time. Yet he had to drive all the way up to my house in rush hour and back. Aeroshade has been in business seemingly forever because they are the best and one of the last ethical merchants in LA.
