Gracie and Scott have been fabulous to work with! Our facility was introduced to Aerus Beyond Air Purifying systems because of research we did to improve our air quality and ensure our patient's safety during Covid. We were so impressed with the demonstration of equipment, the breadth of information provided on how the system works, the ease of purchase/delivery, and of course maintenance! We love this system and the Aerus reps so much, that we have turned our staff and friends onto this system for their private use at home! I personally know daycare businesses, retail businesses, dentistry practices, along with our medical and surgical facilities that utilize this technology to decontaminate viable airborne bioaerosols, including Covid 19. Protecting our patients, staff and customers by providing them with the best and cleanest air and surfaces possible is number one for us! Thank you Gracie, Scott and Aerus!

I contacted Scott about a burning smell with my Aerus Lux Guardian upright vacuum. He put me in touch with Rick Zander , he came to my house the next day , took it with him to store to check what the problem is . He called me the next day and discovered the motor needed replaced , he told me he was arranging to get the motor from another store and received, installed new motor and brought it to my house by 3pm. What excellant service , professional, and very nice to deal with. I appreciate a sales rep who is knowledgeable and honest. Thank you , Scott and Rick you are the best!

Bought a commercial grade vacuum from Scott and the team at Electrolux in Wilkes-Barre and couldn’t be happier. This is a first rate outfit. Two months into it we cut the cord by mistake and they replaced it for free! It was a 150 value! No charge. The service we’ve received has kept the machine working perfectly. They go out of their way. Highly recommend!! 5 stars!

I have had my air purifier and 2 vacuums for over 15 years. I have need one repair and that was my fault (stepped on the hose) and they cleaned them fully and replaced brushes complimentary.

I have been using an Aerus vacuum, air purifier and shampooer for 12 years. My aunt has severe asthma and always requests that I move the air purifier to her room when she visits and the shampooer has removed stains I didn't think possible.
