Called for help on a Thursday and Friday Morning the tech was at my door. Was amazed how good my vacumn as it is verynold. Checked it out and showed me why I was having a problem. He was knowledgeable about the product. No pressure to try to buy a new one. He was considerate as I am a senior and explained everything clearly. I certainly would nor hesitate to call again if needed,

Worked for them and never bothered to pay me. The boss lied to me saying he mailed me my check , kept giving me the run around telling me he will call me back but never did, I will never recommend them to anyone.
