I am SO glad I have my air purifier because it sanitizes my entire home while it purifies (which is really good to have right now with all that's going on in the world health wise). I Love it! It 100% helps with the dust in your home, the house smells better (I have 2 dogs), and it helps me sleep. I have it running on high all the time and I barely even notice it, in the home or on my electric bill. As far as customer service goes, everything was fantastic! I recently needed a new filter, so I ordered one and it came right in the mail. Very easy. I highly recommend this air purifier model from Aerus.

As a business owner, it's good to know the water is safe for my family and my customers. We had really bad iron and manganese before our system was installed. The ISM 200 does a fantastic job at removing it and doesn't need any salt or regular upkeep. I recommend Aerus to anyone with a water concern.
We purchased a water softener from Michael in March. It works really well. Very knowledgeable people. The staining has gone down and its a big difference from what it was.
Surprisingly, my husband and I made the decision to purchase a vacuum from Aerus and I was actually quite fascinated by it. It works very well and does a good job, and I really do like it. It is a bit heavy for me but I could use the work out anyway, and I know these vacuums last a long long time so overall I'm pleased with our decision. Service was just fine too and I really do recommend the vacuums they have, especially if you want something that works great and lasts for years.
My husband, John, and I are very happy with the two air purifiers we bought for our house...it's really been great. They made a real difference for us because we have many pets as well as a wood stove. I can even sleep better at night! The young man, Eli, who came to our house to test our air was spectacular! He was very nice and when he demonstrated how the air purifier works after running our air test, I was blown away by the difference it made in the short time it was running. I wanted to give Eli a 5 star shout out because he was a really great person to have come to do this for us...Thank you!
