I would give zeros stars if I could. I signed in virtually and they pushed me towards a virtual appointment. I’ve been having sinus and upper respiratory problems since I was 18 years, and I get sick like this all the time even before COVID. This chic had the nerve to tell me that they couldn’t see me for a treatment because of the way the treatment is administered and she is telling me to go to an emergency room. She didn’t recommend me a course of treatment via steroids or antibiotics or nothing. I know that they are going to try and charged my insurance and I’m not having it. I’m filing a complaint with my insurance company as soon as they open. Don’t want them to pay for a claim that she was only on the phone for 2 mins. Not only did I get to another urgent care facility that did my breathing treatment but also took my chest x ray, COVID test and a pulmonary test that I needed as well. Never going here again.

Let me tell you! I can’t remember how long it’s been that every single employee at AFC Boundbrook is so wonderful! Each person, whether it be nurse, PA, Front Desk, Billing, have been so incredibly outstanding, kind, courteous and just genuinely nice people! That is hard to come by these days! Not sure who actually owns the office but you need to know that you have an outstanding staff!! Kudos to AFC Boundbrook

I’m sharing my experience in hopes that those that work here will learn from their mistakes. I was recently tested for COVID here because my son tested positive, I thought it was a good idea. I had the nasal test done and that was over TWO Weeks Ago and I’m sorry to say I never received my results. I was told after Three days I would hear from someone. I have attempted to call them at least 30 times, and also there is no tone after the recorded message to which we are to leave a message so we can be called back .although all of that is bad enough to deal with , I believe it’s worse when you don’t receive the results from a test you took there to see if you might have a virus that’s already killed over half a million Americans.

Unfortunately I needed an appointment at Bound Brook Urgent Care and I was experiencing problems with my virtual appointment so I called the office. The phone was answered by Caressa, who was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and professional! I had to remake my appointment 3 times (due to my inability to complete the process properly) and she continued to help with me with a compassionate attitude even after 3-4 phone calls! After I finally did it properly she then texted me to make sure I knew that it was finally completed properly and I would be seen in less than an hour! !! My boyfriend and I both needed to be tested and she made it so we could both go 10minutes apart from each other which was super convenient !! Once we arrived and called the Reception desk, again Caressa answered and I was happy to hear her voice! She is a great asset to the company and she goes above and beyond! Thank You Caressa for ALL your help

I very rarely criticize places or leave negative feedback. I visited this facility, which advertises everywhere that it is open until 8 pm, to get a urine drug screening done. The urine drug screening is required for my graduate school program. I work full-time (in healthcare) from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, so I couldn’t get here much sooner. They told me that they stop doing urine drug screenings at 6:00 PM, when I arrived at 6:04 PM. They turned me away. That is just a bad business and terrible customer service. I will never seek care or recommend AFC again, especially as someone who works in healthcare and knows what good and bad patient care means.

I cannot recommend AFC enough!! They truly have a fantastic team who took the time to care and listen to my concerns and also my daughter’s during our recent visits. Booking appointments through the online system was easy and the entire team was available to answer any questions I had. They are taking all pre-cautions during COVID to ensure their facility is safe, including drive up testing. Do not hesitate to visit the Bound Brook location if you need medical attention or COVID testing.

Right now, demand for Covid-19 testing is high, so it is impossible to get a same-day appointment anywhere. When I started going to AFC back in August (I get regular tests because I work in a school) I could actually schedule a same day test for close to a specific time, which was terrific. The turn around time for results, even back then was about 2 days. They were quick and efficient. That said, now the wait is a few days to get a test but you can STILL schedule an appointment time after you do the initial online screening with AFC's doctor. Getting an appointment time, even if it takes a few days is so much better than waiting on long lines, having to make numerous calls to "get a place on line," and all of the other time-consuming formats for getting an appointment that are out there at clinics. The staff is courteous an efficient. You can fill out forms online. I've never had a billing issue. The place seems well-run.
