Abandoned homeless camps all along mill creek! I am completely disgusted. Right on state property!!! I can't understand why I'm paying taxes that are supposed to help keep oregon clean and green, but your properties in the downtown area are so neglected. What a shame the Capitol of Oregon clearly reflects our government and officials. What a sad sad place to gather for a memorial.
